Tejas Tajin is a Gose style beer inspired by a traditional Mexican fruit cup topped with the spicy chili lime salt of Tajin. In this variation, juicy watermelon, hibiscus, and zesty flavors inspired the Sugar Skull label design that showcases the elements of beer along with the fruits featured in the beer.
The Sugar Skull is designed to be interchangeable for future fruited variations of Tejas Tajin: mango, pineapple, prickly pear. This beer is a collaboration between Intrinsic Brewing and Thirsty Bro Brewing.
